Introduction: Epidermal cysts are intradermal or subcutaneous tumors contained within the epidermis, they are formed as a result of the invagination of the keratinized squamous epithelium. Epidermal cysts can be located anywhere on the body, although mainly on the face, trunk, extremities and scalp, but they are rarely located on the vulva. Histopathological diagnosis differentiates vulvar cysts from other vulvar lesions. The treatment in this case is total removal of the mass. Clinical Case: 28-year-old female patient with a genital mass measuring approximately 3x3cm, who underwent surgical excision. The sample was sent to pathology, where an epidermal inclusion cyst was reported. Discussion and Conclusions: Epidermal cysts rarely occur in the genitals, the majority are asymptomatic and benign. Complete removal is necessary to confirm the diagnosis and as treatment.
